- In-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- All orders must have a valid home or business address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- All large items can only be shipped to a business address, NOT a household address.

- Next day delivery shipments must be ordered by 3pm Central time.
- Saturday delivery requires a special quote.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in-stock and must be ordered from manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you.
- Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately. Please contact us for availability.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- Orders over $250.00 must be signed for upon delivery.
- Expedited shipping requests are subject to additional shipping charges.
- Oversized shipments require additional fees; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- Oversized shipments will ship to your local freight hub for pick-up.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversized orders, bad weather or holidays.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be used at our determination to reduce cost to the customer.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- Duties and Fees for International orders are not included in the purchase price.
- International buyers are responsible for all costs incurred while shipping the product to their given address. This includes, but is not limited to insurance, import taxes or duties.
- International orders are only shipped to credit card billing addresses. NO exceptions please.
- International orders are non-returnable and must include contact number/phone number.
- All HAZMAT items have a surcharge of $55.00 per item.
- Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded on returned parts, as shipping is a service rendered and cannot be refunded.
- Some HAZMAT items not able to ship to international locations (i.e. seat belts, struts, airbags).
- HAZMAT items shipped within the U.S. cannot ship overnight or 3 day.
- HAZMAT items only ship ground service.
- Customer are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning core to us.
- Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged and in the original packaging.

- As our customer, you are responsible for contacting GMPartsOnline.net in order to initiate a Damage of Loss Claim. If your shipment is damaged, you must submit an email explaining the damage along with photos of the product received and the packaging.
- Please inspect freight shipments for damage prior to signing for package. If damaged is found please be sure it is noted on the bill of lading prior to accepting the package. Failure to report damage on freight shipments may result in a denial of damage claim.
- When the claim is confirmed, we can order and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. If you are present when damage package arrives, please sign for the package and in the same screen write “DMG” which will indicate it was damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged parts must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
- Losses must be reported no longer than 5 days past the estimated time of your shipment delivery by the carrier.
- You will be emailed the day shipment is sent with the tracking number and invoice. If the shipment does not arrive near the estimated time of shipment delivery, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated time.
- The shipping carrier provides estimated times. We do not guarantee estimated delivery times as this is a service solely provided by the shipping carrier.
